The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve the performance of the ICE BofA Diversified Core Plus Fixed Rate Preferred Securities Net Total Return Index (the Reference Index) less fees, expenses and transaction costs. To replicate the Index, the Fund may invest up to 20% of its Net Asset Value in shares issued by the same body, and up to 35% in exceptional market circumstances. The Index aims to measure the performance of fixed rate US Dollar denominated preferred securities issued in the US domestic market.
